Originating from San Luis Obispo, California, Brian J. Weiss began his foray into the world of computers in 1996, while he was still navigating through high school. After high school, he gained practical experience at a locally-owned computer shop, simultaneously furthering his studies in college with a focus on computer and network services. After a period of reflection, Brian decided to pivot from academic pursuits to entrepreneurial ventures, laying the groundwork for his own IT firm. He initially offered his expertise as an independent contractor, which paved the way for the inception of ITECH Solutions in 2005.

Embracing a Microsoft-centric philosophy, Brian now dedicates his expertise to the creation of a Dynamics 365 ERP system, meticulously engineered for Managed Service Providers and enterprise IT divisions. His efforts are intensively directed towards the incorporation of generative artificial intelligence, ensuring alignment with the continual progression of AI technology.

Michelle Weiss

Michelle Weiss
CFO | HR

Michelle manages finances and HR for ITECH Solutions. A much needed addition to ITECH Solutions where she previously was a stay at home mom for 9 years helping raise Brian and Michelle’s daughter Brielle. She has joined ITECH Solutions to become an essential part of the management team to help with growth and finances. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors riding bikes and camping, along with painting and crafting with her daughter Brielle.

James Weeks

James Weeks

James worked 5 years at Best Buy as a Geek Squad technician prior to working at ITECH. College coursework for computer and server maintenance and repair has enabled him to thrive in the IT industry, and helped to shape ITECH’s Help Desk into what it is today. James has been with ITECH Solutions since 2012 and leads our support team working with our client success manager to maintain and improve our professional services. During his off time, James enjoys video gaming, playing guitar, and spending time with Family and Friend

Steven Holtman

Steven was born in Redding California, living there until his family moved to the Central Valley where he grew up most of his early life, during this time he found a strong passion for technology and knew that is where he needed to be. Upon graduating from ITT-Tech he moved to the Central Coast where he started his career path in Managed Services and has spent most of his career. For the past four years, he worked as a Systems Administrator in the Healthcare industry before joining the ITECH team. During his free time he enjoys spending it with his daughter, family, and friends, whether it be on road trips, outdoors, or playing games.

Maniver Sandhu
Account Manager

Maniver is a dedicated Account Manager at ITECH Solutions, bringing over ten years of experience in the IT sector. Her real passion lies in forming genuine connections with clients, ensuring their needs are not just met but truly understood.
What truly drives Maniver is her belief that every client has a unique story. she engages closely with a diverse clientele, prioritizing open communication and personalized support. This approach fosters strong relationships, helping clients feel valued and heard. She loves being that go-to person—someone who listens, tackles challenges, and celebrates successes together with her clients.

Outside of work, Maniver finds joy in various hobbies that enrich her life. As a tech enthusiast, she delights in exploring the latest gadgets, but she also treasures her time outdoors. Whether hiking scenic trails, getting lost in a captivating book, or dreaming up her next travel adventure, these activities help her recharge and inspire her creativity. Zamir Olivas has over 12 years experience with information technology working in both the private and public sectors. He has gained knowledge across many different systems working with multiple Managed Service Providers in the past, bringing a ton of experience to the team.

In Zamir’s spare time he loves to curate music play guitar and produce Electronic/Hip-Hop tracks. He has been playing guitar since he was a young child and during his career found that music production and IT have a very similar environment and complement each other well.

Cody Jackson

Cody started his career in IT when he was still in high school by interning at his school district’s IT department. In the 10 years following, he’s worked in retail computer repair environments and won awards for customer service and productivity. After moving on from retail, he’s helped maintain and manage the networks and infrastructure of over 100 clients all up and down the California coast and Central valley. He works hard to make sure clients are confident in the solutions he implements, and values client satisfaction more than anything. In his free time, Cody enjoys singing, producing music, playing videogames, and putting in miles at the local drag strip.

Braden Koon

Systems Administrator

Braden Koon is a Systems Adminstrator at ITECH Solutions, where he is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, managing network infrastructure and user accounts, and monitoring system performance. With 10 years of experience in IT and computer science, he has a proven track record of customer service and productivity.

Braden Koon studied Computer Science from Allan Hancock, and has also been a certified Apple Repair Technician. He is passionate about programming, computer archetectiure and education, and is committed to provide excellent customer service and creating solutions that best fit the customer.

Steve Wilson
Systems Administrator

Steve, in the last 20 years, has worked for 3 different Internet Service Providers, becoming a network and security engineer. With that experience, he found a home at a local Federal Bank as their Network Administrator and Security Officer. Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, CA, he graduated from San Luis Obispo School. He has three sons, whom he cannot beat at video games anymore.

Matthew Lackie

Matthew Lackie
Systems Administrator

Matt worked in IT support at the Women’s Shelter Program in San Luis Obispo for over 15 years and helped setup, maintain, and troubleshoot computers. He once ran a private business that offered services for remote and onsite troubleshooting, computer repair, and virus/malware removal. Matt enjoys all things music related, playing guitar, and learning new songs. He loves hanging out with his kids and keeping them busy, as well as Barbequing with his friends.

Dylan Feller
Systems Administrator

Dylan was born in San Luis Obispo and has lived in multiple cities up and down the Central Coast. He has been interested in computers ever since his family got their first PC when he was young. His first job was doing part replacements for Dell, and he has over 10 years of experience in IT Support and has worked for several local businesses. He also participated in a 3-month Cybersecurity program through Fullstack Academy before getting his CompTIA Security+ certification. Dylan’s hobbies include PC gaming and woodworking, which led him to spending 6 months in Michigan building guitars to become a Certified Luthier.
